Items purchased at sale prices are not returnable. In the unlikely event that your order arrived damaged or faulty, these items can be returned for an exchange.

Orders over £100 qualify for Free Standard Delivery

Orders that don't qualify for free shipping can take advantage of the following rates:

(Up to 5 working days to arrive)

Tracked 24 hours from £6.99 

(24 hours to arrive)

Tracked 48 hours from £5.99

(48hrs to arrive)

Guaranteed Special Delivery from £10.99

(Tracked service. Guaranteed to arrive next day before 1 pm)

Orders received before 2 pm Monday to Friday will be packed and sent on the same day.

 

Orders after 2 pm on Friday, on Saturday/Sunday or on a public holiday will be packed and sent on the next working day.

Please Note: Customised products which require

work in the personalisation workshop will take up to

3 working days before they are shipped. They will be shipped by your chosen method as soon as they are ready and no later than 3 working days after you place your order.
