Important info about personalised leather collars & leads

  • Personalised products can take up to 3 working days in the workshop to be completed.

  • The workshop is open Monday to Friday. Orders placed after midday on Friday, on Saturday/Sunday or on a public holiday will be completed on the next working day.

  • We will inspect each product carefully before personalisation. Once personalised, products can not be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
